      Ketahanan Pangan Rumah Tangga Petani (Kasus: Kasepuhan Karang, Desa Jagaraksa, Kabupaten Lebak, Provinsi Banten)

      Abstract
      Ketahanan pangan merujuk pada kondisi ketika semua orang, pada setiap saat, mempunyai akses fisik, sosial, dan ekonomi agar dapat hidup aktif dan sehat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tingkat ketahanan pangan rumah tangga petani di Kasepuhan Karang, serta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang didukung data kualitatif. Sebanyak 40 responden dan empat informan diperoleh secara sengaja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor tingkat pengetahuan pengelola pangan rumah tangga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat ketahanan pangan rumah tangga. Sementara keempat faktor lainnya, yaitu rasio ketergantungan riil, total pendapatan, luas lahan, dan kepatuhan terhadap aturan adat tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat ketahanan pangan rumah tangga. Upaya meningkatkan ketahanan pangan pada tingkat rumah tangga perlu dipertimbangkan dari empat dimensi ketahanan pangan, yaitu ketersediaan, akses, pemanfaatan, dan stabilitas pangan.
       
      Food security refers to a condition in which all people, at all times, have physical, social, and economic access that enables them to live active and healthy lives. This study aims to analyze the level of food security among farming households in Kasepuhan Karang, as well as the factors influencing it. The study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method supported by qualitative data. A total of 40 respondents and four informants were purposively selected. The results show that the level of knowledge of household food managers has a significant effect on the level of household food security. Meanwhile, the other four factors, namely the real dependency ratio, total income, landholding size, and compliance with customary rules, do not have a significant effect on the level of household food security. Efforts to improve household-level food security need to be considered based on the four dimensions of food security: food availability, access, utilization, and stability.
