dc.description.abstractPerkembangan industri kopi arabika di Bandung mendorong pelaku usaha untuk mengadopsi green entrepreneurial orientation (GEO) untuk mencapai keberlanjutan rantai nilai yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalis pengaruh GEO dan knowledge acquisition (KA) terhadap kinerja rantai nilai (KRN) kopi arabika di Bandung. Data dikumpulkan dari 132 responden yang terdiri atas petani, prosesor, pengepul, distributor dan konsumen kopi arabika di wilayah Bandung. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif analisis Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa GEO dan KA meningkatkan kinerja rantai nilai kopi arabika di Bandung. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya GEO dan KA dalam meningkatkan efisiensi, kualitas, dan nilai tambah sepanjang rantai nilai kopi arabika. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya peningkatan kapasitas aktor usaha kopi melalui pembelajaran berkelanjutan agar rantai nilai kopi arabika di Bandung lebih berdaya saing, memiliki nilai tambah dan berkelanjutan.
dc.description.abstractThe development of the Arabica coffee industry in Bandung has encouraged business actors to adopt a green entrepreneurial orientation (GEO) to achieve better value chain sustainability. This study aims to analyze the influence of GEO and knowledge acquisition (KA) on the value chain performance (KRN) of Arabica coffee in Bandung. Data were collected from 132 respondents consisting of farmers, processors, collectors, distributors, and consumers of Arabica coffee in the Bandung area. The research method used a quantitative approach of Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) analysis. The results showed that GEO and KA improved the value chain performance of Arabica coffee in Bandung. This study emphasizes the importance of GEO and KA in improving efficiency, quality, and added value throughout the Arabica coffee value chain. The practical implication of this study is the need to increase the capacity of coffee business actors through continuous learning so that the Arabica coffee value chain in Bandung is more competitive, has added value, and is sustainable.
