      Abstract
      SITI HARYATI. Penggunaan Spirulina (Arthospira platensis) sebagai Pengganti Bungkil Kedelai dalam Pakan Komplit Fermentasi. Dibimbing oleh DESPAL dan YANTYATI WIDYASTUTI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas fisik TMR berbasis jerami padi dengan persentase spirulina dan waktu fermentasi yang berbeda untuk menentukan persentase spirulina yang dapat menggantikan bungkil. Penelitian dilakukan dalam 2 tahap. Tahap 1 pembuatan TMR menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dan tahap 2 pengujian kecernaan secara in vitro menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) faktorial 2 faktor, faktor a persentase spirulina (0%, 7,5% dan 15%) dan faktor b waktu fermentasi (tidak fermentasi dan fermentasi). Perlakuan terdiri dari P0 = TMR 0% spirulina, P1 = TMR 7,5% spirulina, P2 = TMR 15% spirulina, T1 = tidak fermentasi dan T2 = fermentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif untuk kualiatas fisik dan ANOVA untuk kualitas fermentatuf, komposisi kimia, dan kecernaan in vitro serta uji lanjut Duncan menggunakan IBM SPSS 20. Hasil menunjukkan perlakuan P2 berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) dalam hasil yang optimal pada kualitas TMR, meningkatkan kecernaan bahan kering (KcBK) dan kecernaan bahan organik (KcBO) dan meningkatkan konsentrasi amonia (NH3) dan volatile fatty acid (VFA).
       
      SITI HARYATI. The Use of Spirulina (Arthospira Platensis) as a Substitute for Soybean Meal in Fermented Complete Feed. Supervised by DESPAL and YANTYATI WIDYASTUTI. This study aims to analyze the physical quality of rice straw-based TMR with varying percentages of spirulina and fermentation times to determine the percentage of spirulina that can replace soybean meal. The study was conducted in two phases. Phase 1 involved the preparation of TMR using a completely randomized design, and Phase 2 involved in vitro digestibility testing using a two-factor randomized block design, with factor a being the percentage of spirulina (0%, 7.5%, and 15%) and factor b being the fermentation time (non-fermented and fermented). The treatments consisted of P0 = TMR 0% spirulina, P1 = TMR 7.5% spirulina, P2 = TMR 15% spirulina, T1 = no fermentation and T2 = fermentation. Data analysis was performed using descriptive analysis for physical quality and ANOVA for fermentation quality, chemical composition, and in vitro digestibility, as well as Duncan's multiple range test using IBM SPSS 20. The results showed that treatment P2 had a significant effect (P<0.05) on optimal TMR quality, increasing dry matter digestibility (DMD) and organic matter digestibility (OMD), and increasing ammonia (NH3) and volatile fatty acid (VFA) concentrations
