      Pengembangan Media Edukasi Gizi melalui Aplikasi Nutri-Call untuk Meningkatkan Pengetahuan Pola Makan pada Mahasiswa Kos

      Abstract
      Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji efektivitas aplikasi Nutri-Call sebagai media edukasi gizi digital untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan pola makan pada mahasiswa kos. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Subjek penelitian berjumlah 62 mahasiswa, yang dibagi menjadi kelompok kontrol dan intervensi. Validasi oleh tiga ahli menunjukkan aplikasi berada dalam kategori valid dengan skor rata-rata 80,8%. Efektivitas diuji menggunakan pre-test dan post-test yang dianalisis dengan uji Wilcoxon Signed-Rank dan Mann–Whitney. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan yang signifikan pada kelompok intervensi (p < 0,001), dan tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap aplikasi berada dalam kategori puas dengan skor rata-rata 4,11. Nutri-Call dinyatakan efektif dan layak digunakan sebagai media edukasi gizi digital bagi mahasiswa kos. Aplikasi Nutri-Call dirancang secara interaktif dan informatif untuk membantu mahasiswa kos memahami pentingnya konsumsi makanan bergizi seimbang dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.
       
      This study aims to develop and test the effectiveness of the Nutri-Call application as a digital nutrition education media to increase dietary knowledge in boarding students. The study used the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The research subjects were 62 students, who were divided into control and intervention groups. Validation by three experts showed the application was in the valid category with an average score of 80.8%. Effectiveness was tested using pre-test and post-test analysed with Wilcoxon Signed-Rank and Mann-Whitney tests. The results showed a significant increase in knowledge in the intervention group (p < 0.001), and the level of user satisfaction with the application was in the satisfied category with an average score of 4.11. Nutri-Call is declared effective and feasible to use as a digital nutrition education media for boarding students. The Nutri-Call application is designed interactively and informatively to help boarding students understand the importance of consuming balanced nutritious food in everyday life.
