      Abstract
      AHMAD ABDUL HAKIM PRABOWO AJI. Strategi Pengembangan Bisnis PT Tunas Agro Persada dengan Pendekatan Business Model Canvas. Dibimbing oleh ANDRIYONO KILAT ADHI. Holtikultura adalah salah satu sektor yang berperan besar dalam pertanian nasional. PT Tunas Agro Persada merupakan salah satu perusahaan swasta yang bergerak dibidang holtikultura dengan memproduksi benih dan sarana pertanian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan model bisnis yang digunakan oleh PT Tunas Agro Persada dengan Business Model Canvas. Metode yang digunakan bersifat analisis deskriptif kualitatif berupa observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan diskusi perumusan strategi Business model canvas yang baru. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat rekomendasi strategi dalam sembilan elemen model bisnis canvas berupa segmentasi pasar potensial, memanfaatkan media digital, bekerjasama dengan pemerintah, pemberdayaan petani, pelatihan berbayar, penguatan operasional dan produksi.
       
      AHMAD ABDUL HAKIM PRABOWO AJI. Business Development Strategy of PT Tunas Agro Persada Using the Business Model Canvas Approach. Supervised by ANDRIYONO KILAT ADHI. Horticulture is one of the key sectors contributing significantly to national agriculture. PT Tunas Agro Persada is a private company engaged in the horticulture sector, producing seeds and agricultural inputs. This study aims to map the business model implemented by PT Tunas Agro Persada using the Business Model Canvas framework. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach through field observations, interviews, and discussions to formulate a new Business Model Canvas strategy. The findings indicate several strategic recommendations across the nine elements of the Business Model Canvas, including targeting potential market segments, utilizing digital media, collaborating with the government, empowering farmers, offering paid training, and strengthening operational and production capacities.
