dc.description.abstractThis study aims to analyze and formulate optimal strategies for implementing the digitalization of quality management in secondary education, highlighting the role of PT Kunci Transformasi Digital as a provider of digital education solutions. The research identifies the characteristics of digital readiness among PT Kunci’s client schools in West Java, examines the strategies that have been implemented, and recommends adaptive strategic actions based on school readiness cluster analysis. The study employed both quantitative and qualitative approaches. Quantitative data were obtained through a questionnaire survey of 66 respondents (principals, teachers, and education staff) from secondary schools using PT Kunci’s digital platform. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Importance- Performance Analysis (IPA), digital readiness clustering, and strategic matrices (SWOT, GAP, IFE, EFE, IE, TOWS, and QSPM). Qualitative data were collected through in-depth interviews, which were then examined philosophically through the dimensions of ontology, epistemology, and axiology. The findings indicate that most schools are in the “moderately ready” to “digitally ready” stages, although disparities remain between schools and job categories. The clustering analysis identified three readiness groups: digitally ready schools, transitional schools, and schools requiring intensive assistance. PT Kunci’s current strategies have been effective in platform integration, tiered training, and policy support. However, there is a need for improvement in school clients’ digital literacy, equitable ICT infrastructure, and the consistent development of a digital work culture. The strategic analysis identified three Weakness-Opportunity (WO) strategies as top priorities Accelerating School Digital Literacy, Roadmap for Independent Digital Schools, and Digital Motivation and Reward System. The philosophical analysis reinforces that digitalization is not merely a technical transformation but also involves building institutional existence based on data (ontology), strengthening collaborative knowledge validation processes (epistemology), and upholding ethical values, transparency, and digital equity (axiology). Key recommendations for PT Kunci include implementing digital literacy training tailored to school readiness clusters, facilitating the participatory development of school digital roadmaps, creating fair and transparent digital incentive systems, innovating adaptive platform features based on user needs, and strengthening multi-stakeholder collaboration ecosystems. These actions are expected to ensure the sustainability and equity of digital quality management in secondary education.
dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan merumuskan strategi optimal implementasi digitalisasi manajemen mutu pendidikan di sekolah menengah, dengan menyoroti peran PT Kunci Transformasi Digital sebagai penyedia solusi digital pendidikan. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi karakteristik kesiapan digital sekolah klien PT Kunci di Jawa Barat, menelaah strategi implementasi yang telah dijalankan, serta merekomendasikan langkah strategis yang adaptif berbasis klasterisasi kesiapan sekolah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data kuantitatif diperoleh melalui survei kuesioner kepada 66 responden (kepala sekolah, guru, dan tenaga kependidikan) dari sekolah menengah pengguna platform PT Kunci. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif, Importance- Performance Analysis (IPA), klasterisasi kesiapan digital, serta matriks strategi (SWOT, GAP, IFE, EFE, IE, TOWS, dan QSPM). Data kualitatif dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, yang kemudian ditelaah secara filosofis melalui dimensi ontologi, epistemologi, dan aksiologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas sekolah berada pada tahap “cukup siap” hingga “siap digital”, namun masih terdapat disparitas kesiapan antara sekolah dan kelompok jabatan. Klasterisasi mengidentifikasi tiga kelompok kesiapan sekolah siap digital, sekolah transisi, dan sekolah yang membutuhkan pendampingan intensif. Strategi PT Kunci selama ini efektif pada aspek integrasi platform, pelatihan berjenjang, dan dukungan kebijakan, namun masih perlu penguatan pada literasi digital SDM sekolah klien, pemerataan infrastruktur, serta pembentukan budaya kerja digital yang konsisten. Analisis strategi menunjukkan bahwa tiga strategi Weakness-Opportunity (WO) menjadi prioritas utama, yaitu Akselerasi Literasi Digital Sekolah, Roadmap Sekolah Digital Mandiri, dan Digital Motivation dan Reward System. Hasil telaah filosofis memperkuat bahwa digitalisasi bukan sekadar transformasi teknis, tetapi juga membangun eksistensi institusi berbasis data (ontologi), memperkuat proses validasi pengetahuan kolaboratif (epistemologi), serta menegakkan nilai etika, transparansi, dan keadilan (aksiologi). Rekomendasi utama bagi PT Kunci adalah mengimplementasikan pelatihan literasi digital berbasis klaster kesiapan sekolah, memfasilitasi penyusunan roadmap digital secara partisipatif, mengembangkan sistem insentif digital yang adil dan transparan, melakukan inovasi fitur adaptif berbasis kebutuhan pengguna, serta memperkuat ekosistem kolaborasi multipihak. Langkah-langkah ini diharapkan dapat memastikan keberlanjutan dan pemerataan mutu pendidikan digital di sekolah menengah.
