      Abstract
      Pengembangan bisnis berkelanjutan menuntut integrasi antara aspek ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan merumuskan perbaikan model bisnis Kopi Nu Sae dengan pendekatan Triple Layer Business Model Canvas (TLBMC). Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi literatur. Analisis SWOT diterapkan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi pengembangan pada tiap lapisan Triple Layer Business Model Canvas (TLBMC). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kekuatan internal seperti produksi mandiri dan citra lokal, serta peluang eksternal berupa tren konsumen terhadap keberlanjutan dan potensi kolaborasi dengan mitra lokal. Strategi yang dihasilkan berfokus pada konsistensi layanan, efisiensi rantai pasok, serta penguatan nilai sosial dan lingkungan dalam operasional bisnis.
       
      The development of sustainable business requires a balance between economic, social, and environmental aspects. This study aims to evaluate and improve the business model of Kopi Nu Sae using the Triple Layer Business Model Canvas (TLBMC) approach. A descriptive qualitative method was applied through interviews, observations, and supporting documents. SWOT analysis was used to formulate strategies across the economic, social, and environmental layers. The findings indicate several internal Strengths such as independent production and local branding, as well as external opportunities including consumer trends toward sustainability and collaboration with local partners. The resulting strategies focus on improving service consistency, optimizing supply chains, and enhancing social and environmental values in business operations.
