      Abstract
      Peningkatan penetrasi digital banking menekankan pentingnya pemahaman terhadap pengalaman pengguna (User Experience/UX), khususnya pada layanan keuangan syariah seperti Jago Syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh UX terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (Customer Satisfaction/CS) dan loyalitas pelanggan (Customer Loyalty/CL) pada pengguna Generasi Y dan Z di wilayah Jabodetabek. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), berdasarkan data dari 203 responden aktif pengguna Jago Syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UX berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap CS dan CL, serta CS juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap CL. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan UX tidak hanya meningkatkan kepuasan, tetapi juga memperkuat loyalitas pelanggan secara tidak langsung. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini mendorong pengembangan antarmuka dan fitur aplikasi syariah yang lebih responsif, intuitif, dan sesuai dengan nilai-nilai pengguna muda Muslim guna mendorong adopsi dan retensi layanan keuangan syariah.
       
      The increasing penetration of digital banking highlights the importance of understanding User Experience (UX), particularly in Islamic financial services such as Jago Syariah mobile banking. This study aims to examine the influence of UX on Customer Satisfaction (CS) and Customer Loyalty (CL) among Generation Y and Z users in the Greater Jakarta area. A quantitative method was applied using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with data collected from 203 active Jago Syariah users. The results indicate that UX has a positive and significant effect on both CS and CL, while CS also significantly affects CL. These findings suggest that improving UX not only enhances satisfaction but also indirectly strengthens customer loyalty. The practical implication of this study encourages the development of more responsive, intuitive, and Sharia-compliant mobile features tailored to the values of young Muslim users, promoting wider adoption and sustained use of Islamic digital financial services.
