      Peran Buku Saku Berbasis Website sebagai Upaya Pencegahan Penyakit Remaja Sejak Dini

      Abstract
      Remaja rentan mengalami masalah kesehatan akibat pola hidup tidak sehat yang dipengaruhi oleh kurangnya pengetahuan dan kesadaran akan pentingnya hidup sehat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji efektivitas buku saku berbasis Website sebagai media edukasi dalam upaya meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman remaja mengenai pencegahan anemia dan gastritis sejak dini. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif pre-experimental dengan desain satu kelompok yang mencakup kegiatan pre-test dan post-test yang melibatkan 30 siswa/i SMA PGRI 1 Kota Bogor. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden sebelum dan setelah diberikan intervensi berupa buku saku berbasis Website dan hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan skor pengetahuan, dari rata-rata 75.16 menjadi 93.00 setelah intervensi. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa buku saku berbasis Website cukup efektif, mudah diakses, dan menarik bagi remaja serta berpotensi menjadi alternatif strategis dalam upaya preventif terhadap masalah kesehatan remaja.
       
      Adolescents are prone to health issues due to unhealthy lifestyles, often driven by limited knowledge and awareness of healthy living. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a Website based pocket book as an educational tool to enhance adolescents' knowledge and understanding of anemia and gastritis prevention from an early age. A pre-experimental quantitative method was applied using a one group pre-test and post-test design involving 30 students from SMA PGRI 1 Bogor. Data were collected through questionnaires administered before and after the intervention. The results showed a significant increase in knowledge scores, from an average of 75.16 to 93.00. These findings suggest that the Website based pocket book is an effective, accessible, and engaging medium for adolescents and holds potential as a strategic alternative in preventive health efforts.
