      Pengaruh Kepuasan Harga Terhadap Kinerja Usahaternak Pada Anggota Koperasi Peternakan Bandung Selatan (KPBS)

      Abstract
      Usaha peternakan sapi perah di Indonesia didominasi oleh peternak kecil dengan kepemilikan satu hingga empat ekor sapi dan produksi susu yang rendah. Meskipun berperan penting dalam penyediaan susu nasional, namun masih menghadapi tantangan seperti rendahnya produktivitas dan daya saing harga. Salah satu penyebab utamanya adalah terbatasnya pengetahuan peternak, sehingga berdampak pada rendahnya kualitas susu dan memengaruhi harga jual. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan harga terhadap kinerja usaha melalui loyalitas sebagai variabel intervening pada kelompok ternak Cipanas, dengan menggunakan data hasil wawancara dari 65 peternak dan dianalisis melalui PLS-SEM. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa harga relatif dan keadilan harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas dan kinerja usaha, sementara keandalan harga, rasio harga kualitas, dan transparansi tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi harga yang adil dan kompetitif berperan penting dalam meningkatkan loyalitas dan kinerja usaha peternakan.
       
      Dairy farming in Indonesia is dominated by small-scale farmers who own one to four cows with relatively low milk production. Although these farmers play a vital role in the national milk supply, they face challenges such as low productivity and limited price competitiveness. One of the main causes is the limited knowledge of farmers, which affects the milk quality and selling price. This study analyzes the effect of price satisfaction on business performance through loyalty as an intervening variable in the Cipanas farmer group, using interview data from 65 dairy farmers and analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results show that relative price and price fairness significantly affect loyalty and business performance, while price reliability, price–quality ratio, and transparency do not. This study demonstrates that fair and competitive pricing strategies play a crucial role in enhancing farmer loyalty and improving dairy farm performance.
