      Preferensi Konsumen Terhadap Pembelian Nugget Ayam di Jabodetabek

      Abstract
      Peningkatan tren konsumsi produk daging olahan di Indonesia, membuka peluang pasar yang semakin luas bagi industri produk daging olahan, khususnya industri nugget ayam untuk dapat mengembangkan produknya sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis preferensi terhadap pembelian nugget ayam di Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner secara daring, yang dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan tabulasi sederhana dan tabulasi silang (crosstab), serta analisis konjoin untuk menganalisis kombinasi dan tingkat kepentingan atribut responden. Dari 158 responden, menunjukkan bahwa preferensi terhadap produk nugget ayam berdasarkan kombinasi atribut yang paling dipertimbangkan adalah nugget ayam dengan rasa original, harga Rp25.000-Rp45.000, tekstur lembut, memiliki label kedaluwarsa, dan termasuk dalam merek Top Brand. Atribut yang paling dipertimbangkan adalah label kedaluwarsa, merek, rasa, harga, dan tekstur.
       
      The increasing trend in the consumption of processed meat products in Indonesia has opened up broader market opportunities for the processed meat industry, particularly for the nugget industry, to develop its products to the fullest extent possible in line with consumer needs and preferences. This study aims to analyse preferences for chicken nugget purchases in Jabodetabek area. This study was conducted through an online questionnaire, analysed descriptively using simple tabulation and cross-tabulation, and employed conjoint analysis to examine the combinations and importance levels of respondents' attributes. Out of 158 it was found that preferences for chicken nugget products are based on the combination of attributes most considered, namely chicken nuggets with original flavour, priced between Rp25,000 and Rp45,000, soft texture, an expiry date label, and belonging to the Top Brand. The most considered attributes were the expiry date label, brand, flavour, price, and texture.
