dc.description.abstractPT. Sinar Sosro Gunung Slamat yang terletak di Kabupaten Tegal menghadapi kondisi penurunan luas areal serta produksi bahan baku teh, meningkatnya intensitas persaingan industri teh celup, dan penurunan laba bersih sehingga menyebabkan PT Sinar Sosro Gunung Slamat perlu menerapkan prioritas strategi dalam mempertahankan daya saing produk teh celupnya dan mengatasi penurunan laba bersih. Alat analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah matriks IFE, EFE, IE, SWOT, dan QSP. Terdapat empat kekuatan, tiga kelemahan, empat peluang, dan tiga ancaman dari hasil analisis matriks IFE dan EFE. PT Sinar Sosro Gunung Slamat berada pada kuadran satu pada matriks IE dengan enam alternatif strategi yang dapat diterapkan berdasarkan hasil analisis matriks SWOT. Prioritas strategi berdasarkan hasil analisis matriks QSP ialah mengembangkan varian rasa serta formulasi baru dari teh celup.
dc.description.abstractPT. Sinar Sosro Gunung Slamat, located in Tegal Regency, faces several challenges including a decrease in tea raw material cultivation area and production, increasing competition in the teabag industry, and a decline in net profit. These conditions necessitate PT Sinar Sosro Gunung Slamat to implement priority strategies to maintain the competitiveness of its teabag products and address the net profit decline. The analytical tools used in this research are the IFE, EFE, IE, SWOT, and QSP matrices. The analysis of the IFE and EFE matrices revealed four strengths, three weaknesses, four opportunities, and three threats. PT Sinar Sosro Gunung Slamat is positioned in Quadrant I of the IE matrix, indicating six alternative strategies that can be implemented based on the SWOT matrix analysis. The priority strategy, as determined by the QSP matrix analysis, is to develop new flavor variants and formulations for teabags.
