      Abstract
Perlakuan yang digunakan meliputi K- (kontrol negatif), K+ (kontrol positif), V3 (konsentrasi vaksin 103 CFU/ mL), V5 (konsentrasi vaksin 105 CFU/mL, V7 (konsentrasi vaksin 107 CFU/mL).

Vibriosis disease in shrimp is caused by Vibrio sp., the emergence of trained immunity in shrimp makes vaccines a potential solution to overcome shrimp diseases. This research aimed evaluate the effectieness of Vibrio parahaemolyticus inactive administered through immersion method on the immune response and survival of infected with Vibrio parahaemolyticus. The treatments used includ K- (negative control), K+ (positive control), V3 (vaccine concentration 103 CFU/ mL), V5 (vaccine concentration 105 CFU/ mL), and V7 (vaccine concentration 107 CFU/ mL). Whiteleg shrimp at post-larvae 9 (PL9) were acclimated for 14 days. The administration of V. parahaemolyticus inactive was carried out by immersion method for 120 minutes, after 7 days of maintenance, a challenge test was carried out with a dose {10}^6 CFU {\rm mL}^{-1}. The results showed an increase in immune response in the V5 treatment with a survival rate of 94±5.29% and a relative percent survival value of 88.46±5.09%.
