Peran Pemimimpin Perempuan Mengelola Keberlanjutan Kelompok Usaha Kerupuk Cangkang Kepiting (Kajian Poklahsar Ingin Maju di Desa Paremas, Kecamatan Jerowaru, Kabupaten Lombok Timur)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pemimpin perempuan dalam mengelola keberlanjutan kelompok usaha pengolah cangkang kepiting, Poklahsar Ingin Maju, di Desa Paremas, Kecamatan Jerowaru, Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode campuran (mixed method), dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survei terhadap anggota kelompok dan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemimpin perempuan memainkan peran penting dalam segala aspek. Pemimpin tidak hanya membangun relasi yang erat dengan anggota, tetapi juga aktif dalam penyebaran informasi serta pengambilan keputusan yang berorientasi pada keberlanjutan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan perempuan yang partisipatif dan inklusif mampu meningkatkan daya tahan serta keberlanjutan usaha melalui inovasi dalam produksi, perluasan jaringan pemasaran, dan penerapan prinsip ekonomi sirkular. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya dukungan kebijakan bagi kepemimpinan perempuan dalam usaha berbasis komunitas guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan ketahanan ekonomi masyarakat pesisir. The sustainability of business groups is significantly influenced by the role of leadership. This study aims to analyze the role of female leaders in managing the sustainability of the crab shell processing business group, Poklahsar Ingin Maju, in Paremas Village, Jerowaru District, East Lombok Regency. The research employs a mixed-method approach, combining quantitative surveys with qualitative in-depth interviews. The research results show that female leaders play a crucial role in all aspects. They not only build strong relationships with members but also actively disseminate information and make sustainability-oriented decisions. The results show that participatory and inclusive female leadership enhances business resilience and sustainability through production innovation, expanded marketing networks, and the implementation of circular economy principles. The implications of this study highlight the importance of policy support for female leadership in community-based enterprises to improve the welfare and economic resilience of coastal communities.
