| dc.description.abstract | Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki tanggung jawab krusial
dalam mengimplementasikan konsep kewirausahaan berkelanjutan guna menjaga
keseimbangan ekosistem demi keberlanjutan produksi di masa depan. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dimensi lingkungan dan sosial terhadap inovasi
produk dan proses, serta pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja usaha UMKM di Lasem. Metode
kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling terhadap 164 UMKM sebagai sampel. Data
dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares
(PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi lingkungan meningkatkan
kinerja usaha dan dimensi sosial meningkatkan kinerja usaha. Selanjutnya, inovasi
kinerja usaha, pengetahuan, praktik bisnis, dukungan komunitas, pemberdayaan, dan
pelatihan teridentifikasi sebagai elemen penting bagi UMKM, dampak paling besar
berasal dari dimensi lingkungan. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a crucial responsibility in
implementing the concept of sustainable entrepreneurship to maintain ecosystem balance
for the sustainability of production in the future. This study aims to analyze the influence
of environmental and social dimensions on product and process innovation, as well as its
influence on MSME business performance in Lasem. Quantitative method with purposive
sampling technique of 164 MSMEs as samples. Data were analyzed using Structural
Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM). The results showed that
the environmental dimension improved business performance and the social dimension
improved business performance. Furthermore, business performance innovation, knowledge, business practices, community support, empowerment, and training were
identified as important elements for MSMEs, with the greatest impact coming from the
environmental dimension. | |
