      Abstract
      Kota Bogor merupakan salah satu kota dengan pertumbuhan pesat coffee shop pasca pandemi Covid-19. Peningkatan jumlah coffee shop meningkatkan persaingan antar coffee shop tersebut, termasuk Cabubu Cafe yang berada di Kota Bogor. Pesatnya perkembangan coffee shop di Kota Bogor menjadi sebuah tantangan bagi Cabubu Cafe untuk bertahan di persaingan pasar yang semakin ketat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi faktor - faktor internal dan eksternal yang memengaruhi strategi pemasaran Cabubu Cafe dan merumuskan strategi pemasaran alternatif yang dapat diimplementasikan oleh Cabubu Cafe. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal perusahaan dan menggunakan alat analisis SWOT. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, terdapat sepuluh faktor kunci internal dan enam faktor kunci eksternal Cabubu Cafe. Strategi prioritas yang dapat diimplementasikan adalah meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas, membuat event berskala, mengembangkan produk dan suasana cafe, melakukan promosi dengan lebih gencar, mendaftarkan cafe ke platform pemesanan dan menyederhanakan penamaan menu, dan meningkatkan kinerja manajemen sumber daya manusia.
       
      The city of Bogor is one of the rapidly growing hubs for coffee shop businesses after Covid-19 pandemic. The increasing number of coffee shops has intensified the competition in the coffee shop industry in Indonesia, including for Cabubu Cafe located in Bogor City. The rapid development of coffee shops in Bogor poses a challenge for the management of Cabubu Cafe to survive in an increasingly competitive market. The objective of this study is to identify the internal and external factors influencing Cabubu Cafe's marketing strategy and to formulate alternative marketing strategies that can be implemented by Cabubu Cafe. The method used in this study involves analyzing the company's internal and external environment using the SWOT analysis tool. Based on the analysis results, there are ten key internal factors and six key external factors affecting Cabubu Cafe. The prioritized strategies that can be implemented include improving service quality and facilities, organizing large-scale events, enhancing products and the café atmosphere, intensifying promotional efforts, registering the café on ordering platforms and simplifying menu names, and improving human resource management performance.
