Peran Pemerintah Dalam Proses Peekembangan Community-Based Tourism (CBT) (Kasus: Wisata Bahari Pantai Gope, Kelurahan Banten, Kecamatan Kasemen, Banten)

Abstract

Banten memiliki beragam atraksi wisata yang menarik, salah satunya berlokasi di Pantai Gope, Karangantu. Pemerintah memiliki peran yang penting dan berpengaruh dalam perkembangan komunitas berbasis turisme. Penelitian ini meneliti menganai hubungan antara derajat peran pemerintah dengan tingkat perkembangan CBT di wisata bahari Pantai Gope. Tidak hanya mengenai hal itu, tetapi juga mengenai tingkat partisipasi komunitas dan tingkat kepuasan masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara derajat peran pemerintah dengan tingkat perkembangan CBT di wisata bahari Pantai Gope. Hal ini disebabkan oleh rendahnya derajat peran pemerintah di wisata bahari Pantai Gope, karena wisata ini dikembangkan oleh masyarakat sehingga memiliki tingkat partisipasi komunitas yang tinggi.

Banten has a variety of interesting tourist attractions, one of which is located at Gope Beach, Karangantu. The government has an important and influential role in the development of community-based tourism. This study examines the relationship between the degree of government role and the level of CBT development in Gope Beach marine tourism. Not only about that, but also about the level of community participation and the level of community satisfaction. The method used in this study are quantitative data and qualitative data. The results showed that there was no relationship between the degree of government role and the level of CBT development in Gope Beach marine tourism. This is due to the low degree of government role in Gope Beach marine tourism, because this tourism is developed by the community, thus why it has a high level of community participation.
