dc.description.abstractPeningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik secara digital di desa, berhubungan dengan kecakapan digital warga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitaif untuk menganalisis hubungan antara tingkat kecakapan digital warga desa-kota dengan penilaian kualitas pelayanan publik berbasis Aplikasi Simpeldesa, dengan melibatkan 30 rumah tangga yang dipilih melalui teknik simple random sampling, di lokasi desa-kota yang tidak mengalami digital divide. Hasil analisis Rank Spearman menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kecakapan digital rumah tangga memiliki hubungan yang positif dengan peningkatan penilaian kualitas pelayanan publik berbasis Aplikasi Simpeldesa, namun memiliki korelasi yang lemah. Selain itu, ditemukan juga kendala penerapan Aplikasi Simpeldesa akibat kurangnya internalisasi, kendala teknis, dan adanya digital inequality antar warga pengguna aplikasi. Keberlanjutan penggunaa Aplikasi Simpeldesa, bergantung pada pendekatan komunitas yang dilakukan di desa.
dc.description.abstractImproving the quality of digital public services in villages is related to the digital skills of residents. This study uses a quantitative approach to analyze the relationship between the level of digital skills of village-urban residents and the assessment of the quality of public services based on the Simpeldesa Application, involving 30 households selected through simple random sampling techniques, in village-urban locations that do not experience the digital divide. The results of the Rank Spearman analysis show that increasing household digital skills has a positive relationship with increasing the assessment of the quality of public services based on the Simpeldesa Application, but has a weak correlation. In addition, there are also obstacles to the application of the Simpeldesa Application due to lack of internalization, technical constraints, and digital inequality among residents who use the application. The sustainability of the Simpeldesa application depends on the community approach taken in the village.
