dc.description.abstractStrategi komunikasi PT TIV Plant Citeureup dalam pelaksanaan program CSR bertujuan untuk melibatkan masyarakat dan menunjang keberhasilan program tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan strategi komunikasi dan hubungannya dengan keterlibatan masyarakat dan keberhasilan program UCIDA yang merupakan salah satu program CSR pada PT TIV Citeureup. Penelitian berlokasi di Desa Cicadas, Kec. Gunung Putri, Kab. Bogor, Jawa Barat. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif melibatkan 30 responden yang ditentukan secara sensus, serta didukung oleh data kualitatif, melibatkan informan yang dipilih secara sengaja. Data dianalisis menggunakan IBM SPSS 25 korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Program CSR UCIDA melibatkan komunikator dengan kredibilitas baik, pesan bersifat informatif dan edukatif, menggunakan media yang mudah dijangkau, sehingga pesan mudah dimengerti dan melakukan evaluasi berkala untuk menerima umpan balik masyarakat. Strategi komunikasi secara keseluruhan memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan keterlibatan masyarakat. Selain itu secara keseluruhan aspek strategi komunikasi memiliki hubungan dengan keberhasilan program kecuali kefeektifan media.
dc.description.abstractThe communication strategy of PT TIV Plant Citeureup in implementing CSR programs aims to involve the community and support the success of the program. This research aims to analyze the implementation of communication strategy and its relationship with community involvement and the success of the UCIDA program, which is one of the CSR programs at PT TIV Citeureup. The research was located in Cicadas Village, Gunung Putri Sub-district, Bogor District, West Java. The research used quantitative methods involving 30 respondents determined by census, and was supported by qualitative data, involving purposively selected informants. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS 25 using Spearman Rank correlation. The results showed that UCIDA CSR Program involves communicators with good credibility, informative and educative messages, using media that are accessible, so that messages are easily understood and conducting periodic evaluations to receive community feedback. The overall communication strategy has a significant relationship with community involvement. All aspects of the communication strategy have a relationship with the success of the program except media effectiveness.
