dc.description.abstractAdministrasi fakultatif reasuransi umum PT. XYZ pernah mengalami beberapa risiko operasional, seperti tercecer serta tidak lengkapnya dokumen tawar menawar antar perusahaan serta adanya email dari perusahaan asuransi yang tidak ditanggapi tepat waktu. Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya, administrasi yang dilakukan oleh fakultatif reasuransi umum PT. XYZ belum menerapkan manajemen risiko operasional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi risiko-risiko operasional beserta penyebabnya, menganalisis tingkat prioritas penanganan, serta merekomendasikan penanganan risiko operasional. Metode yang digunakan adalah Diagram Fishbone, FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis), dan Diagram Pareto. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh 11 sumber risiko yang dikelompokkan berdasarkan sumber risiko proses, manusia, sistem, dan eksternal, 3 menjadi prioritas penanganan, yaitu risiko email terkait penawaran dari perusahaan asuransi tidak ditanggapi tepat waktu, terjadi error pada website database perusahaan, serta informasi dalam slip penawaran bisnis tidak menjelaskan dengan detail terkait nilai pertanggungan setiap risiko yang ingin direasuransikan. Upaya penanganan risiko email terkait penawaran dari perusahaan asuransi tidak ditanggapi tepat waktu yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah menambah sumber daya manusia yang kompeten, meningkatkan sistem website database perusahaan, memastikan pengaturan yang seimbang antara target kinerja yang realistis dengan jumlah karyawan yang tersedia, membuat serta melakukan pengawasan dan kontrol terhadap standar operasional prosedur terkait email penawaran dari perusahaan asuransi. Upaya penanganan risiko error pada website database perusahaan yang diusulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah menjalankan pemeliharaan sistem secara berkala, rutin melakukan restart server, monitoring server, dan menyiapkan backup server. Upaya penanganan risiko informasi dalam slip penawaran bisnis tidak menjelaskan dengan detail terkait nilai pertanggungan setiap risiko yang ingin direasuransikan yang diusulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah memberikan reminder kepada pihak perusahaan asuransi serta membuat standar operasional prosedur yang jelas terkait ketentuan detail informasi pada slip penawaran bisnis dari perusahaan asuransi.
dc.description.abstractThe facultative administration of general reinsurance of PT. XYZ has experienced several operational risks, such as scattered and incomplete bargaining documents between companies and emails from insurance companies that were not responded promptly. However, in practice, the administration is carried out by the general reinsurance facultative of PT. XYZ has not implemented operational risk management. The purpose of this study is to identify operational risks and their causes, analyze the priority level of handling, and recommend handling operational risks. The methods used are the Fishbone Diagram, FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis), and Pareto Diagram. From the research results, 11 sources of risk were obtained which were grouped based on process, human, system, and external sources of risk, of which 3 were prioritized for handling, namely the risk that emails related to offers from insurance companies were not responded on time, an error occurred on the company's website database, and information in the business offer slip did not explain in detail the coverage value of each risk to be reinsured. The efforts to handle the risk of emails related to offers from insurance companies were not responded on time proposed in this study are adding competent human resources, improving the company's database website system, ensuring a balanced arrangement between realistic performance targets and the number of employees available, creating and supervising and controlling standard operating procedures related to email offers from insurance companies. The efforts to handle the risk of errors on the company's database website proposed in this study are to carry out regular system maintenance, routinely restart the server, monitor the server, and prepare server backups. Efforts to handle the risk of information in business offer slips not explaining in detail the coverage value of each risk to be reinsured proposed in this study are to provide reminders to insurance companies and make clear standard operating procedures related to the provision of detailed information on business offer slips from insurance companies.
