      Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Petani Tebu terhadap Kemitraan dengan PT PG Rajawali II Unit Jatitujuh

      Abstract
      Penerapan kemitraan antara PT PG Rajawali II Unit Jatitujuh dengan petani tebu menjadi dasar dari penilaian kepuasan petani terhadap kemitraan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis karakteristik usahatani dan petani mitra, menganalisis pola kemitraan, mengukur tingkat kepuasan petani tebu terhadap kemitraan PG Jatitujuh, dan merumuskan implikasi manajerial. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, crosstab, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), dan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Karakteristik usahatani dan petani mitra dianalisis berdasarkan usia, jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan, jumlah tanggungan keluarga, luas areal lahan, pekerjaan di luar bertani tebu, lama bermitra, dan alasan petani mengikuti kemitraan. PG Jatitujuh menerapkan sistem pola inti plasma dalam kemitraan dengan petani. Hasil analisis IPA, atribut prioritas utama yaitu penanganan hama dan penyakit serta transparansi pemberian sharing. Skor CSI 73,85% menyatakan petani puas dengan kemitraan yang berjalan dengan perbaikan dalam segi pengawasan, komunikasi, dan bimbingan secara langsung kepada petani.
       
      The implementation of the partnership between PT PG Rajawali II Unit Jatitujuh and sugarcane farmers is the basis for assessing farmer satisfaction. This research aims to analyze the characteristics of farmers, analyze the partnership patterns, measure the level of satisfaction of sugarcane farmers with the PG Jatitujuh partnership, and formulate managerial implications. The methods used are descriptive analysis, crosstab, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The characteristics of farmers were analyzed based on age, gender, education level, number of family dependents, land area, another job besides sugarcane farming, length of farmers joining the partnership, and reasons why farmers joined the partnership. PG Jatitujuh implements a plasma core pattern system in collaboration with farmers. The results of the IPA analysis show that the main priority attributes are pest and disease management and transparency in sharing. A CSI score of 73.85% states that farmers are satisfied with the ongoing partnership with improvements in supervision, communication, and direct guidance to farmers.
