dc.description.abstractPesantren Pertanian Darul Fallah memiliki lahan wakaf yang luas, namun sebagian masih belum produktif, meskipun aset wakaf seharusnya dapat memberikan manfaat besar bagi masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman, serta merumuskan strategi pengembangan produktivitas aset wakaf di Pesantren Pertanian Darul Fallah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah ANP dengan pendekatan SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek peluang menjadi prioritas utama yang terdiri dari potensi dana ZISWAF, networking, agroeduwisata, dan media sosial. Prioritas utama dalam variabel kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman adalah adanya unit usaha pertanian, lahan nonproduktif seluas 8 hektar, potensi networking, dan risiko pencurian aset wakaf. Strategi yang direkomendasikan adalah penguatan jaringan dan kemitraan unit usaha pertanian, pengembangan fasilitas Wisata Halal Edukasi Pertanian, serta pemasaran melalui media sosial. Dengan strategi ini, pengembangan produktivitas aset wakaf di Pesantren Pertanian Darul Fallah diharapkan dapat tercapai.
dc.description.abstractDarul Fallah Agricultural Boarding School has extensive waqf land, but some of it is still unproductive, even though waqf assets should be able to provide great benefits to the community. This research aims to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, as well as formulate a strategy for developing the productivity of waqf assets at Darul Fallah Agricultural Boarding School. The research method used is ANP with SWOT approach. The results showed that the opportunity aspect was the top priority consisting of potential ZISWAF funds, networking, agro-tourism, and social media. The main priorities in the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats are the existence of agricultural business units, 8 hectares of non-productive land, networking potential, and the risk of theft of waqf assets. The recommended strategies are the strengthening of networks and partnerships of agricultural business units, the development of Agricultural Educational Halal Tourism facilities, and marketing through social media. With these strategies, the development of waqf asset productivity in Darul Fallah Agricultural Boarding School is expected to be achieved.
