| dc.description.abstract | Sanitasi Total Berbasis Masyarakat (STBM) merupakan kelompok masyarakat yang dibentuk berdasarkan inisiatif dari anggota Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) Kelurahan Dalung terhadap program Sanitasi Total Berbasis Masyarakat. Umumnya tingkat partisipasi dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, salah satu diantaranya yaitu faktor seorang pemimpin. Pemimpin inilah yang memiliki peranan penting dalam mencapai tujuan kelompok. Setiap pemimpin memiliki gaya nya masing-masing dalam membina sebuah kelompok. Program sanitasi total berbasis masyarakat memiliki tiga strategi dalam pelaksanaan nya. Penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh anggota kelompok sebanyak 35 orang dengan studi literatur, kuesioner dan wawancara mendalam sebagai instrument penelitian. Data kuantitatif yang telah diperoleh diolah menggunakan uji korelasi rank spearman. Hasil menunjukkan jika gaya kepemimpinan memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan tingkat partisipasi kelompok. Gaya kepemimpinan juga memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan tingkat penerapan sanitasi. | id |
| dc.description.abstract | Community-based Total Sanitation (STBM) is a community group formed based on the initiative of members of the Dalung Village Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) towards the Community-based Total Sanitation program. Generally, the level of participation can be influenced by several factors, one of which is the factor of a leader. This leader has an important role in achieving group goals. Each leader has their own style in fostering a group. The community-based total sanitation program has three strategies in its implementation. This study involved all 35 group members with literature studies, questionnaires and in-depth interviews as research instruments. The quantitative data that has been obtained is processed using the spearman rank correlation test. The results show that leadership style has a significant relationship with the level of group participation. Leadership style also has a significant relationship with the level of sanitation implementation. | id |
