dc.description.abstractBisnis berkelanjutan merupakan bisnis yang mengintegrasikan tiga aspek yaitu ekonomi, sosial dan lingkungan. Keberlanjutan saat ini menjadi tujuan utama pada setiap industri, Penerapan praktik berkelanjutan pada indsutri perhotelan memberikan sebuah manfaat yaitu adanya efesiensi penghematan sumber daya. Upaya industri perhotelan untuk bersedia mendukung bisnis berkelanjutan adalah menerapkan konsep hotel hijau. Hotel Bigland Bogor merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri perhotelan sehingga penerapan konsep hotel hijau sebagai bentuk upaya menerapkan konsep bisnis berkelanjutan. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Mengidentifikasi model bisnis saat ini yang sedang dijalankan oleh Hotel Bigland Bogor, (2) Menganalisis faktor lingkungan internal dan lingkungan eksternal yang mempengaruhi model bisnis Hotel Bigland Bogor dan (3) Merancang BMCS Hotel Bigland Bogor untuk masa mendatang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif, BMCS, Analisis Lingkungan (Analisis Pasar, Kekuatan Industri, Tren Kunci dan Kekuatan Ekonomi Makro), SWOT dan Diskusi. Penelitian ini melakukan wawancara di bulan November 2023, kepada pemilik,wakil pemilik dan manajer Hotel Bigland Bogor untuk menganalisis kondisi eksisting yang sedang dijalankan oleh Hotel Bigland Bogor. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pertama, hasil penelitian BMCS eksisting menunjukan Hotel Bigland Bogor belum menjalankan konsep sustainability secara keseluruhan dari aktivitas yang dijalankan saat ini. Kedua, hasil analisis SWOT mendapatkan sembilan strategi yang kemudian dilakukan Diskusi dengan ketiga narasumber pada penelitian. Hasil Diskusi menyatakan bahwa 3 narasumber sepakat untuk menerapkan sembilan strategi yaitu merubah visi dan misi kearah sustainable, melakukan efesiesnsi penggunaan energi, meningkatkan dan memberikan pelayanan serta fasilitas kearah sustainability, mendaftarkan sertifikasi ECO Label, memberikan trainee keberlanjutan kepada karyawan, bekerja sama dengan vendor pengolahan limbah plastik, melakukan inovasi promosi hotel hijau dan mengganti botol plastik menjadi botol kaca. Sembilan strategi tersebut menjadi acuan perancangan BMCS baru Hotel Bigland Bogor, Terdapat perubahan dan penambahan pada 10 elemen BMCS, yaitu perubahan pada elemen vision and mission serta elemen competitor. Penambahan pada Key Partnership, Key Activities, Key Resources, Value Proposition, Customrer dan Cost Structure.id
dc.description.abstractSustainable business is a business that integrates three aspects, namely economic, social and environmental. Sustainability is currently the main goal in every industry. The application of sustainable practices in the hotel industry provides benefits, namely the efficiency of saving resources. The hotel industry's effort to be willing to support sustainable business is to implement the green hotel concept. Hotel Bigland Bogor is a company operating in the hotel industry so the application of the green hotel concept is a form of effort to implement a sustainable business concept. Based on this background, the objectives of this research are (1) Identifying the current business model being run by the Bigland Bogor Hotel, (2) Analyzing the internal and external environmental factors that influence the Bigland Hotel Bogor business model and (3) Designing the BMCS of the Bigland Hotel Bogor for the future. This research uses descriptive analysis methods, BMCS, Environmental Analysis (Market Analysis, Industrial Strength, Key Trends and Macroeconomic Strengths), SWOT and discussion. This research conducted interviews in November 2023, with the owner, deputy owner and manager of the Bigland Bogor Hotel to analyze the existing BMCS currently being run by the Bigland Bogor Hotel. The research results show that first, the results of the existing BMCS research show that the Bigland Bogor Hotel has not implemented the overall sustainability concept of the activities currently carried out. Second, the results of the SWOT analysis obtained nine strategies which were then carried out by discussion with the three sources in the research. The results of the discussion stated that 3 resource persons agreed to implement nine strategies, namely changing the vision and mission towards sustainability, making efficient use of energy, improving and providing services and facilities towards sustainability, registering for ECO Label certification, providing sustainability training to employees, collaborating with waste processing vendors plastic, innovate green hotel promotions and replace plastic bottles with glass bottles. These nine strategies became the reference for designing the new BMCS for the Bigland Bogor Hotel. There were changes and additions to the 10 BMCS elements, namely changes to the vision and mission elements and competitor elements. Additions to Key Partnership, Key Activities, Key Resources, Value Proposition, Customer and Cost Structure.id
