dc.description.abstractPisang Cavendish adalah pisang yang dibudidayakan melalui kultur jaringan. Banyaknya Pisang Cavendish dengan berbagai merek yang masuk ke pasar menyebabkan terjadinya persaingan di tingkat pedagang seperti kualitas produk, harga, lokasi dan promosi merek itu sendiri. Saat ini, pasar melihat adanya peningkatan jumlah Pisang Cavendish. Pasar Pisang Cavendish dirangsang oleh produksi pisang dalam skala industri dan juga oleh produksi perorangan. Banyaknya Pisang Cavendish dengan berbagai merek yang masuk ke pasar menyebabkan persaingan di antara para pedagang di berbagai bidang, termasuk kualitas produk, harga, distribusi, dan pemasaran merek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis pengaruh bauran pemasaran memengaruhi kepuasan konsumen Pisang Cavendish Sunpride di Kota Cilegon; (2) menganalisis pengaruh bauran pemasaran dan kepuasan konsumen terhadap loyalitas Pisang Cavendish Sunpride di Kota Cilegon; dan (3) merumuskan strategi implikasi manajerial yang dapat diterapkan oleh Merek Sunpride untuk meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen. Penelitian dilakukan di Kota Cilegon. Lokasi penelitian dipilih setelah mempertimbangkan masalah penjualan distributor CV Jaya Makmur Fruits. Periode pengumpulan data adalah Juli 2023-September 2023. SEM-PLS digunakan untuk analisis data. Purposive sampling digunakan untuk memilih sampel sebanyak 230 responden, yang termasuk dalam salah satu dari dua kategori: pelanggan pisang sunpride cavendish laki-laki atau perempuan yang membeli pisang dari pedagang buah tradisional di Kota Cilegon dan berusia di atas 18 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan konsumen Pisang Cavendish di kota Cilegon memiliki nilai rata-rata cukup tinggi. Sebagian besar responden merasa bahwa kualitas Pisang Cavendish Sunpride sesuai harapan, demikian juga kesesuaian harga dan kualitasnya dan produk juga mudah diperoleh. Loyalitas konsumen Pisang Cavendish Sunpride tinggi. Hasil ini menunjukkan konsumen Pisang Cavendish Sunpride di Kota Cilegon loyal terhadap produk tersebut. Pada analisis SEM, harga, tempat, produk, dan promosi memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Selain itu, kepuasan konsumen juga berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Semua hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, pelaku usaha perlu meningkatkan konsistensi fisik, rasa, dan keamanan produk Pisang Cavendish dalam bauran produk, mengevaluasi kembali harga jual dalam bauran harga, meningkatkan kampanye cinderamata yang didistribusikan kepada konsumen, dan memperluas ketersediaan produk di penjual buah untuk menjaga kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan.id
dc.description.abstractCavendish bananas are cultivated using tissue culture. A large number of cavendish bananas with various brands entering the market leads to competition at the trader level, such as product quality, price, location, and brand promotion. The market is currently witnessing an increase in the number of Cavendish bananas. The Cavendish banana market is stimulated by the production of bananas on an industrial scale and by individual production. The large number of cavendish bananas with various brands entering the market leads to competition among traders in various areas, including product quality, price, distribution, and brand marketing. This study aims to (1) analyze the effect of the marketing mix on consumer satisfaction of sunpride cavendish bananas in Cilegon City; (2) analyze the effect of the marketing mix and consumer satisfaction on the loyalty of Sunpride cavendish bananas in Cilegon City; and (3) formulate managerial implication strategies that the sunpride brand can implement to increase consumer loyalty. The research was conducted in Cilegon City. The research location was chosen after considering the sales problem of the CV Jaya Makmur fruit distributor. The data collection period was from July 2023 to September 2023. SEM-PLS was used to process data. Purposive sampling was used to select a sample of 230 respondents who fell into one of two categories: male or female Sunpride cavendish banana customers who purchased bananas from traditional fruit traders in Cilegon City and were over 18 years old. The results showed that consumer satisfaction with cavendish bananas in Cilegon City has a fairly high average value. Most respondents felt that the quality of Sunpride Cavendish bananas was as expected, as well as the price and quality match, and the product was also easy to obtain. The results also show that consumer loyalty to Sunpride Cavendish bananas is high. This result shows Sunpride Cavendish banana consumers in Cilegon City are loyal to the product. In the SEM analysis, the variables of price, place, product, and promotion significantly positively affected customer satisfaction. Additionally, customer satisfaction affects customer loyalty. All hypotheses in this study were accepted. Based on the research results, businesses need to improve the physical consistency, taste, and safety of cavendish banana products in the product mix, reevaluate the selling price in the price mix, improve the souvenir campaign distributed to consumers, and expand product availability at fruit vendors to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.id
