      Pengaruh Orientasi Kewirausahaan terhadap Resiliensi Usahatani Sayuran di Lembang, Bandung Barat

      Abstract
      Usahatani yang resilien sangat diperlukan agar usahatani dapat terus beradaptasi pada perubahan lingkungan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap resiliensi usahatani sayuran di Kecamatan Lembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner hasil wawancara yang dilakukan kepada petani sayuran. Kemudian, perolehan data tersebut dianalisis menggunakan analisis PLS-SEM. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan dengan sikap inovatif dapat meningkatkan resiliensi usahatani sayuran di Lembang. Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa sikap proaktif dan pengambilan risiko pada orientasi kewirausahaan tidak dapat meningkatkan resiliensi usahatani sayuran di Lembang. Petani sayuran yang memiliki luas lahan yang semakin luas dan kompetensi kewirausahaan (kemampuan membangun jaringan, kemampuan mengidentifikasi peluang, dan kemampuan merealisasikan peluang) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap resiliensi usahatani sayuran.
       
      Resilient farming is needed so that farmers can continue to adapt to environmental changes. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on the entrepreneurial resilience of vegetable farms in Lembang. This study used primary data obtained from questionnaires from interviews conducted with vegetable farmers. Then, the data acquisition was analyzed using PLS-SEM analysis. The results of the analysis show that an entrepreneurial orientation with an innovative attitude can increase the entrepreneurial resilience of vegetable farms in Lembang. The results of the analysis also show that proactive attitude and risk-taking in entrepreneurial orientation cannot increase the entrepreneurial resilience of vegetable farms in Lembang. Vegetable farmers who have an increasingly large land area and entrepreneurial competencies (the ability to build networks, the ability to identify opportunities, and the ability to realize opportunities) have a positive influence on the entrepreneurial resilience of vegetable farms.
