      Abstract
      Pulau Bali merupakan salah satu destinasi favorit bagi para wisatawan. Peningkatan jumlah kunjungan oleh wisatawan, khususnya wisatawan muslim, perlu diimbangi dengan ketersediaan makanan halal. Namun, di tengah mayoritas penduduk Pulau Bali yang beragama Hindu, ketersediaan makanan bersertifikat halal masih sedikit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik dan tingkat pengetahuan halal pelaku UMK makanan di Pulau Bali, serta menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi tingkat pengetahuan halal pelaku UMK makanan tersebut. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan halal pelaku UMK makanan di Pulau Bali sudah baik, sedangkan variabel tingkat pendidikan, ketersediaan informasi, dan kesadaran agama berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap tingkat pengetahuan halal pelaku UMK makanan di Pulau Bali.
       
      Bali Island is one of the favorite destinations for tourists. The increase in the number of tourists, especially Muslim tourists, need to be balanced with halal food availability. However, amidst the majority of the Hindu population on the island of Bali, the availability of halal certified food also not much. This research aims to identify characteristics and the level of halal knowledge of food MSE actors on the island of Bali, as well as analyzing the factors that influence the level of halal knowledge of food MSE actors on the island of Bali. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results showed that the level of halal knowledge of food MSE actors on the island of Bali is good, while the variable level of education, availability of information, and religious awareness significantly positively affected the level of halal knowledge of food MSE actors on the island of Bali.
