dc.description.abstract | Masa pandemi Covid 19, para perempuan pelaku usaha pun dituntut untuk dapat beradaptasi dengan kondisi yang dihadapi untuk menyongsong tatanan kehidupan normal baru (new normal) khususnya adaptasi dengan teknologi. Kemampuan literasi digital yang dimiliki perempuan pelaku usaha mikro kecil dan menengah akan mempermudah dalam memasarkan usahanya pada skala yang lebih besar serta mampu membuat UMKM dapat bertahan di masa new normal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis literasi media digital perempuan pelaku usaha mikro kecil di masa new normal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei menggunakan instrumen kuesioner yang disebar secara online yang didukung oleh data kualitatif berupa wawancara mendalam. Responden penilitian ini adalah perempuan pelaku usaha mikro kecil menengah yang masih aktif selama masa new normal berdomisili di Kabupaten Bekasi, Jawa Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara karakteristik individu, penggunan media digital, dan faktor dukungan terhadap tingkat literasi media digital. dc.description.abstract | During the Covid-19 pandemic, female entrepreneurs are also expected to adapt to the conditions they face in embracing the new normal, particularly in adapting to technology. The digital literacy skills possessed by female micro, small, and medium-sized entrepreneurs will facilitate them in marketing their businesses on a larger scale and enable them to sustain their businesses during the new normal. This research aims to analyze the digital media literacy of female micro, small, and medium-sized entrepreneurs during the new normal. The research method used is a survey conducted through an online questionnaire, supported by qualitative data from in-depth interviews. The respondents of this study are active female micro, small, and medium-sized entrepreneurs residing in the Bekasi Regency, West Java, during the new normal period. The results of the study indicate that there is a correlation between individual characteristics, digital media usage, and support factors towards the level of digital media literacy.
