      Analisis Biomekanik pada Otot Deltoid, Trapezius, Bisep dan Trisep pada Pemanenan Kelapa Sawit

      Abstract
      Dalam dunia ergonomi, analisis biomekanik digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesesuaian prosedural kerja terhadap karakteristik alami fisiologi gerak (kinestetik). Oleh karena itu diperlukan analisis dan simulasi biomekanik pada pemanenan kelapa sawit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarya muscle force pada lengan dan bahu pemanen dengan menggunakan software Biomechanics of Bodies (BoB). Empat otot yang menjadi fokus penelitian ini adalah otot deltoid, otot trapezius, otot bisep dan otot trisep. Sensor noitom akan dipasangkan pada tubuh pemanen dan hasil data dari sensor noitom tersebut kemudian akan diinput pada software BoB. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerimaan muscle force maksimumnya berada pada otot bisep, sedangkan otot trapezius merupakan otot yang penerimaan muscle force nya minimum. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai acuan dalam mengetahui besarnya muscle force pada otot yang terletak dibagian lengan dan otot yang terletak pada bagian bahu saat pemanenan kelapa sawit.
       
      In ergonomics, biomechanical analysis is used to determine the level of conformity of procedures to the natural characteristics of motion physiology (kinesthetics). Therefore, biomechanical analysis and simulation of oil palm harvesting are needed. The purpose of this project is to determine the amount of muscle force on the oil palm harvester's arm and shoulder using Biomechanics of Bodies (BoB). There are four muscles that are the focus of this research, including the deltoideus muscle, trapezius muscle, biceps muscle and triceps muscle. The noitom sensor is attached to the harvester's body, then the results of the data are inputted into the BoB. The results showed that the maximum muscle force was in the biceps muscle, while the minimum muscle force was in the trapezius muscle. The results of this study are useful as a reference to determine the amount of muscle force on the muscles located in the arm, and the muscles located on the shoulders of harvesters during oil palm harvesting.
