dc.description.abstractNilai tabungan nasabah KSPPS Benteng Mikro Indonesia (BMI) mengalami peningkatan tahun 2019-2022 saat pandemi Covid-19. Pandemi sebagai indikasi krisis yang dampaknya dirasakan oleh sektor usaha tetapi tabungan dan keanggotaan di KSPPS BMI tetap bertambah.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktorfaktor yang memengaruhi pelaku usaha mikro dan kecil (UMK) dalam menabung di BMI. Penelitian dilakukan pada Mei–Juni 2023. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis faktor. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa faktor promosi, pelayanan, kredibilitas lembaga, persepsi, pendapatan, dan lokasi diterima sebagai faktor (MSA>0,5) yang memengaruhi pelaku UMK dalam menabung. keenam factor tersebut diuji dengan rotated component matrix membentuk dua faktor baru, yaitu kredibilitas lembaga, bauran antara kredibilitas lembaga dan lokasi. Lokasi strategis menjadi indikator kredibilitas lembaga, sedangkan promosi dibentuk oleh promosi, persepsi, dan pelayanan.id
dc.description.abstractThe value of KSPPS Benteng Mikro Indonesia (BMI) customer savings has increased in 2019-2022 during the Covid-19 pandemic. The pandemic is an indication of a crisis whose impact is being felt by the business sector but savings and membership in KSPPS BMI continue to increase. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence micro and small entrepreneurs (UMK) in saving at BMI. The research was conducted in May–June 2023. The method used is factor analysis. The results of the analysis show that promotion, service, institutional credibility, perception, income, and location are accepted as factors (MSA>0.5) that influence MSEs in saving. The six factors are tested using a rotated component matrix to form two new factors, namely institutional credibility, the mix between institutional credibility and location. Strategic location is an indicator of institutional credibility, while promotion is shaped by promotion, perception and service.id
