      Abstract
      Data dari BPS Kabupaten Bogor (2022), jumlah wisatawan mengalami penurunan. Padahal Kabupaten Bogor memiliki potensi sumber daya alam yang indah, salah satunya objek wisata Pesantren Wisata Pabangbon. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi aspek kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, ancaman, serta merumuskan strategi pengembangan wisata halal di Pesantren Wisata Pabangbon. Metode penelitian ini adalah Analytic Network Process (ANP) dengan pendekatan SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa aspek peluang menjadi prioritas utama. Prioritas utama variabel kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman secara terturut-turut yaitu terdapat taman dan pemandangan alam yang indah, pihak pengelola Pesantren Wisata Pabangbon belum memiliki networking yang baik dengan pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan, wahana yang beragam di Pesantren Wisata Pabangbon memunculkan keingintahuan masyarakat untuk berkunjung, dan kurangnya literasi dan pengetahuan masyarakat sekitar destinasi wisata terkait konsep halal. Strategi yang direkomendasikan yaitu membuat beberapa jenis paket wisata yang sesuai dengan target pasar.
       
      Based on data from BPS of Bogor Regency (2022), the number of tourists in Bogor Regency has experienced a degression. Despite of Bogor Regency has the potential for nice natural resources, one of them is Pesantren Wisata Pabangbon. This research aims to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, then formulate a strategy for the development of halal tourism at Pabangbon. The research method used is Analytic Network Process (ANP) with a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) approach. The results indicate that the opportunities aspect is the priority. The main priorities for each aspect, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, are as follows: there are beautiful parks and natural landscapes, the management of Pabangbon lacks good networking with relevant stakeholders, the variety of attractions at Pabangbon sparks curiosity among the public to visit, and the lack of literacy and knowledge among the local community regarding the halal concept in tourist destinations. The recommended strategy is to create various types of tour packages that are suitable for the target market.
