Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas Miko-seedcookies® dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan produksi Sorghum Samurai 2 (Sorghum bicolor L. Moench) di lahan pascatambang kapur. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri dari empat perlakuan berdasarkan dosis Miko-seedcookies® dan tiga kelompok. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis ragam (ANOVA), jika ditemukan perbedaan yang signifikan (P<0,05), dilakukan uji lanjut Duncan. Parameter yang diamati meliputi kolonisasi fungi mikoriza arbuskula, daya tumbuh, jumlah daun, tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, umur berbunga, produksi biomassa segar dan kering, rasio batang dan daun, dan brix. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan dosis Miko-seedcookies® sangat efektif untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan produksi Sorgum Samurai 2 di lahan pascatambang kapur. Dosis Miko-seedcookies® 53 gram per titik tanam adalah yang terbaik.

The objective this research was to evaluate Miko-seedcookies® effectivity on improving the growth and production of Sorghum Samurai 2 (Sorghum bicolor L. Moench) in the post mining land of limestone. The study used a randomized block design (RBD) consisting of four treatments based on Miko-seedcookies® dosage and three blocks. The data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA), if significant differences were found (P<0.05), Duncan's post hoc test was conducted. The parameters observed were arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi colonization, germination rate, leaf number, plant height, stem diameter, flowering age, fresh and dry biomass production, stem and leaf ratio, and brix. The results showed that enhancement the dose of Miko-seedcookies® is very effective in increasing the growth and production of Sorghum Samurai 2 in the post mining land of limestone. Miko-seedcookies® dosage of 53 grams per planting point is the best.
