| dc.description.abstract | Kampus Desa merupakan program pemberdayaan masyarakat secara swadaya yang diselenggarakan dengan pola sharing potensi IPB, masyarakat peternak, pemerintah daerah, dan swasta. Program pemberdayaan tidak lepas dari partisipasi masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis hubungan tingkat partisipasi dan keberdayaan peternak dalam program kampus desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang didukung dengan data kualitatif dengan metode wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Teknik pemilihan responden dilakukan secara sensus atau mengambil seluruh populasi dari anggota Kelompok Ternak Mekar Jaya dan Sugih Mukti, dengan total responden sebanyak 12 peternak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara tingkat partisipasi dengan tingkat keberdayaan peternak. Dengan demikian, program Kampus Desa dapat dikatakan berhasil dalam memberdayakan peternak dalam tiga aspek yaitu kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. | id |
| dc.description.abstract | Kampus Desa is a self-supporting community empowerment program organized by sharing the potential of IPB, the ranchers community, local government, and the private sector. Empowerment programs cannot be separated from community participation. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relation between the level of participation and ranchers empowerment on Kampus Desa program. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method supported by qualitative data using in-depth interviews and observation methods. The technique of selecting respondents was carried out by census or taking the entire population from members of the Mekar Jaya and Sugih Mukti Livestock Group, with a total of 12 ranchers as respondents. The results showed that there was a relationship between the level of participation and the level of ranchers empowerment. Thus, the Kampus Desa program can be said to be successful in empowering ranchers in three aspects, namely cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. | id |
