| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kadar air, biji rusak, biji berjamur, benda
asing, aflatoksin dan kesesuaian mutu jagung berdasarkan hasi uji laboratorium
penguji pakan dan laboratorium pabrik pakan dengan standar mutu jagung menurut
SNI 2020. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder pada tahun 2019 sampai 2020,
jumlah 403 sampel diperoleh dari 6 laboratorium pakan milik pemerintah. Sementara
data laboratorium pabrik pakan sebanyak 5.161 sampel yang diperoleh dari
Laboratorium Pabrik A di Sumatera Utara, Laboratorium Pabrik B di Jawa Tengah dan
Pabrik C di Sulawesi Selatan. Pada penelitian menggunakan Distribusi Frekuensi untuk
melihat besaran persentase dari data hasil pengujian yang didapatkan pada
laboratorium penguji pakan dan laboratorium pabrik pakan sesuai kategori nilai mutu
SNI Jagung tahun 2020. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan kadar air dari hasil pengujian
pada laboratorium penguji pakan sudah memenuhi syarat mutu SNI. Hasil pengujian
pada laboratorium pabrik pakan yang tidak memenuhi syarat SNI jagung 2020 untuk
kadar air sebanyak 96,3%, biji rusak 1%, biji berjamur 1,2% dan aflatoksin 0,2%.
Sedangkan benda asing sudah memenuhi syarat mutu SNI jagung tahun 2020.
Kesimpulan penelitian yaitu penerapan SNI jagung 2020 sebagai acuan standar mutu
bahan pakan jagung di Indonesia sudah tepat dilakukan untuk menjaga mutu jagung. | id |
| dc.description.abstract | The objective of this research was to evaluate moisture content, broken grains, mouldy
grains, foreign substances, aflatoxin contamination and conformity of corn based on
feed testing laboratories and feed mill laboratories with corn quality standards based
on SNI 2020. In this research, secondary data in 2019-2020 were used, a total of 403
samples that obtained from six of feed testing laboratories. Meanwhile, a total of 5161
sample data from laboratory from feed mills were obtained from Factory A laboratory
in North Sumatera, Factory B laboratory in Central Java and Factory C laboratory in
South Sulawesi. In this study, the frequency distribution was used to evaluate the
percentage of result obtained from the feed testing laboratory and feed factory
laboratory with value category based on corn quality SNI 2020. The moisture content
from the feed testing laboratory met the SNI quality requirements. The results in the
feed factory laboratory did not meet the SNI 2020 requirement for a moisture content
(96,3%), broken grains (1%), mouldy grains (1.2%), aflatoxin contamination (0.2%).
Meanwhile, foreign substances were in normal condition as stated in SNI 2020. It could
be concluded that the application of SNI 2020 as a reference for quality standards of
corn as feedstuffs in Indonesia was appropriate to maintain the quality and safety of
feedstuffs. | id |
