dc.description.abstractThe higher antioxidant content of organic vegetables compared to conventional vegetables is believed to reduce the risk of various diseases. However, it turns out that in Indonesia there are still many health problems due to people who do not consume healthy foods, one of which is organic vegetables. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence consumers in Jabodetabek in consuming organic vegetables and analyze the impact of organic vegetable consumption on obesity and endurance. The method used is binary logistics and Propensity Score Matching (PSM). This research was conducted using primary data with a total sample size of 256 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the factors that positively influence consumer decisions in Jabodetabek in consuming organic vegetables are motivational and lifestyle factors. The results also show that consuming organic vegetables has an impact on consumers Body Mass Index (BMI) and has no impact on consumers' endurance.id
