      Strategi Pengembangan Soekapi Bogor Melalui Pendekatan Business Model Canvas

      Abstract
      Soekapi adalah salah satu restoran dan cafe yang menerapkan konsep back to nature dengan memadukan wisata alam dan camping ground. Soekapi didirikan di bulan February 2021. Penjualan produk yang terjadi di Soekapi mengalami fluktuasi yang lumayan besar dan dalam beberapa bulan masih belum bisa mencapai target penjualan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merumuskan dan merekomendasikan starategi pengembangan bisnis pada Soekapi dengan menggunakan Business Model Canvas. Metode analisis yang digunakaan adalah Business Model Canvas dan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bisnis model yang diterapkan Soekapi sudah baik, namun terdapat beberpa bulan yang belum mencapai target. Analisis SWOT menghasilkan tujuh alternatif startegi, yaitu memanfaatkan lahan dengan inovasi yang lebih menarik, meningkatkan daya saing dan kridebilitas perusahaan melalui produk dan layanan, mengembangkan pelayanan wisata dengan mengusung nilai pengalaman wisata peternakan, memanfaatkan media dan teknologi digital untuk aktivitas promosi dan pemasaran, membangun fasilitas indoor baru, meningkatkan pelayanan dengan memenuhi kebutuhan yang diinginkan pelangan, meningkatkan kinerja manajemen sumber daya manusia
       
      Soekapi is a restaurant and cafe that applies the concept of going back to nature by combining nature tourism and camping ground. Soekapi was founded in February 2021. Product sales in Soekap experienced quite large fluctuations, and within a few months, they still could not reach the sales target. This research proposes and recommends a business development strategy for Soekapi using the Business Model Canvas. The analytical method used is the Business Model Canvas and SWOT analysis. The results showed that the business model applied by Soekap was good, but there were several months when the target had not been reached. The SWOT analysis resulted in seven strategic alternatives, namely utilizing land with more attractive innovations, increasing the competitiveness and credibility of companies through products and services, developing tourism services by carrying the value of the livestock tourism experience, utilizing digital media and technology for promotional and marketing activities, building facilities new indoor, improve services by meeting the needs of customers, improve the performance of human resource management.
