      Faktor-Faktor yang Memengaruhi Pemilihan Asuransi Jiwa Syariah di PT Asyki

      Abstract
      Indonesia adalah negara dengan penduduk muslim terbesar di dunia, meskipun begitu, aset usaha asuransi jiwa syariah di Indonesia masih terbilang kecil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pemilihan asuransi jiwa syariah di PT Asyki dengan mempertimbangkan variabel sikap, norma subyektif, efikasi diri, dan religiusitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan PT Asyki sebagai studi kasus dan survei kuesioner dengan 251 responden yang merupakan nasabah PT Asyki. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan statistika deskriptif dan SEM-PLS dengan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa variabel efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan paling signifikan terhadap pemilihan asuransi jiwa syariah. Kemudian dilanjut oleh sikap yang juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, dan religiusitas juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pemilihan asuransi jiwa syariah. Sementara itu, variabel norma subyektif berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan.
       
      Indonesia is the country with the largest Muslim population in the world, however, the assets of Sharia life insurance businesses in Indonesia are still relatively small. This study aims to explore the factors that influence the selection of Sharia life insurance at PT Asyki by considering the variables of attitude, subjective norm, self-efficacy, and religiosity. This study uses PT Asyki as a case study and a questionnaire survey with 251 respondents who are PT Asyki customers. The collected data is analyzed using descriptive statistics and SEM-PLS using the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of the study revealed that the self-efficacy variable has a positive and most significant effect on the selection of Sharia life insurance. This is followed by attitude, which also has a positive and significant effect, and religiosity which also has a positive and significant effect on the selection of Islamic life insurance. Meanwhile, the subjective norm variable has a positive but not significant effect.
