Light plays an important role in the growth of rice seedlings. Sowing rice seeds using hydroponic seeding racks has the disadvantage that the distribution of sunlight on the middle shelf with the lowest level has a small light intensity. The use of LED lights can increase the intensity of light in the hydroponic rack thereby increasing the productivity of the rice seedling nursery using the hydroponic seeding rack. The purpose of this study was to determine the optimum combination of LED light spectrum and to analyze the effect of the combination of LED light spectrum on the growth of rice seedlings on hydroponic seeding racks. The research was carried out by adding LED lights with a combination of red and blue lights 3:1, 4:1, and 5:1 respectively on the hydroponic rack and then analyzing the growth of the most optimum rice seedlings. Based on the results of the analysis of variance for several parameters, namely plant height, number of leaves, and leaf green level, the best treatment combination was the use of 5 red LED lights and 1 blue light at level 1 of the hydroponic seeding rack. Based on this treatment, an increase in light intensity of 6392 Lux was obtained, which was directly proportional to the results of the rice seedling nursery which produced an average rice seedling height of 19.53 cm, 2 panicles of leaves, and 2 levels of green leaves.id
