dc.description.abstractRadio analog adalah media massa yang melakukan penyiaran secara audio dan frekuensi jaringan terbatas. Pada era media konvergensi, radio menggunakan internet untuk menyesuaikan khalayak. Radio Kota Batik melakukan konvergensi melalui media sosial dan internet. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis faktor, pola penggunaan, dan kepuasan khalayak terhadap media konvergensi RKB. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif didukung data kualitatif. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Responden dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan responden aktif menggunakan beberapa media konvergensi RKB dan mengakses konten media sendiri di dalam rumah. Hampir setengah responden memprioritaskan RKB. Responden merasa puas karena motif penggunaannya terpenuhi. Kepuasan terbesar pada motif hiburan. Frekuensi dan durasi penggunaan media konvergensi RKB berhubungan nyata dengan kepuasan khalayak pada motif hiburan serta interaksi dan integrasi sosial, sedangkan aspek penggunaan lainnya tidak berhubungan nyata dengan kepuasan khalayak.id
dc.description.abstractAnalog radio is a mass media that broadcasts audio and based on limited network frequencies. In the era of media convergence, radio use internet to adjust audience. Radio Kota Batik converges through social media and internet. The purpose of study to analyze the factors, usage patterns, and audience satisfaction with the convergence media of RKB. Research was conducted with a quantitative approach supported by qualitative data. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, in-depth interviews, observations and literature studies. Respondents were selected with a simple random sampling technique. The results showed that respondents actively used some RKB media convergence and access variety of media content alone in the home. Almost half of respondents prioritize RKB. Respondents were satisfied with the convergence which fulfilled the motive for its use. The greatest satisfaction on entertainment motives. The frequency and duration of RKB’s convergence media use are significantly related to audience satisfaction in entertainment motives as well as social interaction and integration, while other aspects of use are not significantly related to audience satisfaction.id
