Efek Pemberian Pakan Fermentasi Berbasis Sorgum dan Indigofera Terhadap Performa Domba Jantan

Pengaruh pemberian silase sorgum dan indigofera bernama Sorinfer dalam
kadar yang berbeda terhadap performa domba lokal jantan. Penelitian dilakukan
selama 7 minggu di kandang individu. Penelitian ini menggunakan 20 ekor domba
jantan dewasa dengan bobot badan 20,90±3,72 kg. Domba dibagi menjadi 5
perlakuan dengan 4 ulangan terdiri dari P0 = 100% rumput lapangan (RL), P1 =
75% RL + 25% Sorinfer(S), P2 = 50% RL + 50% S, P3 = 25% RL + 75% S, P4 =
100% S. Uji Duncan digunakan jika ada perbedaan data menggunakan analisis
varians ANOVA (Analyses of Variance) menggunakan software SPSS. Parameter
yang diukur dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumsi nutrien pada pakan, pertambahan
bobot badan harian, dan Income Over Feed Cost. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan
bahwa perlakuan berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap konsumsi bahan kering,
pertambahan bobot badan harian, dan pendapatan terhadap biaya pakan.
Kesimpulannya Sorinfer sampai dengan tingkat rasio 75% dapat meningkatkan
asupan bahan kering, protein kasar, lemak kasar, serat kasar, pertambahan berat
badan harian, dan Income Over Feed Cost. The effect of giving sorgum and indigofera silage named Sorinfer in different
levels on the performance of males local sheeps. Research conducted over 7 weeks
in their own cage. This research used 20 adult male sheeps, with body weight of
20.90±3.72 kg. The sheeps were divided into 5 treatments with 4 replicates
consisted of P0 = 100% field grass (RL), P1 = 75% RL + 25% sorinfer (S), P2 =
50% RL + 50% S, P3 = 25% RL + 75% S, P4 = 100% S. Duncan test was used if
there was a difference in the data using analysis of variance ANOVA (Analyses of
Variance) using SPSS software. The parameters measured in this study were feed
intake nutrient, daily weight gain, and income over feed cost. The treatment had a
significant effect (P<0.05) of dry matter intake, daily weight gain, and income over
feed cost. The conclusion is the sorinfer up to 75% level of ratio can increase intake
of dry matter, crude protein, crude fat, crude fiber, daily weight gain, and income
over feed cost.
