Sistem Informasi Inventori Bahan Baku Pada Usaha Kedai Kopi Berbasis Android

Abstract

Kedai kopi merupakan salah usaha agroindustri yang berkembang dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Permasalahan yang kerap dialami kedai kopi adalah bahan baku yang tidak tersedia sehingga konsumen tidak bisa mendapat keinginannya. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan menerapkan manajemen inventori dan juga peramalan penggunaan bahan baku di masa mendatang. Inventori merupakan segala sumber daya yang disimpan untuk mengatisipasi permintaan konsumen. Tujuan penilian ini adalah untuk membangun sistem inventori pada Android untuk usaha kedai kopi serta meramalkan penggunaan bahan baku di masa mendatang. Tahapan penelitian ini terdiri dari tahap inventori, penentuan metode peramalan, dan juga tahap pengembangan sistem. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sebuah aplikasi pada Android yang dapat diakses oleh pengguna untuk keperluan inventori dan juga peramalan penggunaan bahan baku di masa mendatang pada kedai kopi. Sistem juga mampu menampilkan visualisasi data dari transaksi kedai kopi dalam bentuk grafik.

Coffee shops are one of the agro-industrial businesses that have developed in recent years. The problem that is often experienced by coffee shops is that raw materials are not available so that consumers cannot get their wishes. One way to overcome this problem is to implement inventory management and also forecast the use of raw materials in the future. Inventory is any resource that is stored to anticipate consumer demand. The purpose of this study is to build an inventory system on Android for the coffee shop business and forecast the use of raw materials in the future. The stages of this study consists of the inventory stage, the determination of forecasting methods, and also the stage of system development. The results of this research are in the form of an Android application that can be accessed by users for inventory purposes and also forecasting the future use of raw materials in coffee shops. The system is also able to display data visualizations of coffee shop transactions in the form of graphs.
