The research aimed to analyze utilization of fish oil and palm oil in feed on broiler meat cholesterol and malondialdehyde (MDA) content. Research used 200 broiler chickens reared for 5 weeks and divided to 20 units of experiments. Research design using complete random design with 4 treatments and 5 replications. Levels of ration experiments were P0 (palm oil 3% and fish oil 0%), P1 (palm oil 2% and fish oil 1%), P2 (palm oil 1% and fish oil 2%) and P3 (palm oil 0% and fish oil 3%). Observed variables were breast meat cholesterol and malondialdehyde content. Results showed that utilization of fish oil 2% and palm oil 1% (P2) had the lowest breast meat cholesterols content. The MDA content ranges around 0.647 ± 0.044 mg kg-1 to 0.726 ± 0.064 mg kg-1. In conclusion the utilization of 2% fish oil and 1% of palm oil (P2) on feed decreases cholesterol content 38,85% than P0 and all of the treatments have no effect against broiler MDA content.
