      Desain Dan Simulasi Drone Penanam Benih Langsung Tipe Alur Jajar Legowo 4:1

      Abstract
      Negara Indonesia merupakan negara agraris yang mayoritas masyarakatnya bertani atau bercocok tanam guna memenuhi dan mencukupi kebutuhan pangan. Tanaman pangan yang sering dibudidayakan salah satunya yaitu padi. Sistem tanam padi sawah sampai saat ini umumnya dilakukan petani menggunakan sistem tanam pindah (tapin). Secara umum budidaya padi dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai cara penanaman salah satunya dengan sistem tanam benih langsung secara jajar legowo. Tanam benih langsung memiliki beberapa keunggulan di antaranya mempercepat waktu penanaman, tenaga tanam sedikit dan biaya tanam yang rendah. Dengan areal pertanian yang relatif luas perlu dikembangkan sebuah peralatan bantu yang memudahkan penanaman benih seperti menggunakan drone yang digabungkan dengan sistem Direct-Seeder. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang desain dan melakukan simulasi pada alat Direct Seeding Drone agar dapat melakukan kegiatan direct-seeding yang dapat membentuk alur penanaman jajar legowo 4:1. Drone dirancang dengan menyematkan hopper dan penjatah. Proyeksi penjatuhan benih disimulasikan menggunakan software Rocky DEM dan Solidworks 2021 di kecepatan 1 m/s dan 2 m/s dengan variasi ketinggian 1 m, 1,5 m, dan 2 m serta sistem kontrol disimulasikan menggunakan software Proteus 8.6 Professional. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi dan proyeksi penjatuhan benih, didapatkan pengoprasian drone yang disarankan adalah dengan kecepatan maju 2 m/s dan tinggi 1 m karena menghasilkan proyeksi penjatuhan mendekati yang diharapkan.
       
      Indonesia is an agrarian country where the majority of the people farm or cultivate crops to meet and fulfill food needs. One of the food crops that are often cultivated is rice. Up to now, the rice cropping system is generally carried out by farmers using a shifting cropping system. In general, rice cultivation can be done in various ways, one of that way is the direct seeding system in a jajar legowo. Direct seeding has several advantages, including accelerate planting time, less labor and low planting costs. With a relatively large agricultural area, it is necessary to develop a tool that makes it easier to plant seeds, such as using drones combined with the direct-seeder system. This study aims to design and perform simulations on the direct seeding drone so that it can carry out direct-seeding activities that can form a 4:1 row planting path. The drone is designed with embedded hoppers and metering device. Seed drop projections were simulated using Rocky DEM and Solidworks 2021 software at speeds of 1 m/s and 2 m/s with variations in height of 1 m, 1.5 m, and 2 m and the control system was simulated using Proteus 8.6 Professional software. Based on the simulation results and seed drop projections, It is found that the recommended drone operation is at 2 m/s forward speed and at 1 m height because it produces a drop projection close to the expected.
