dc.description.abstractKehadiran berbagai macam kedai kopi maupun kafe kopi dengan keunikan, konsep, serta menu khas yang berbeda menjadikan sebuah tantangan bagi Toko Kopi Hana dalam bersaing. Berdasarkan keterkaitan pada aspek tersebut diperlukannya suatu solusi yang tepat agar dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan memetakan Model Bisnis Toko Kopi Hana. Penelitian dilakukan di Toko Kopi Hana Batam, Kepulauan Riau. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan studi kepustakaan, wawancara dan diskusi mendalam, serta observasi. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan pendekatan Business Model Canvas (BMC). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Toko Kopi Hana menjalankan bisnisnya cukup baik dengan menawarkan produk makanan dan minuman dengan memberikan kualitas yang tinggi dan harga yang terjangkau serta pelayanan yang optimal. dc.description.abstractThe presence of various kinds of coffee shops and coffee cafes with uniqueness, concepts, and different special menus makes it a challenge for Hana Coffee Shop to compete. Based on the relevance of these aspects, an appropriate solution is needed in order to solve the existing problems. This study aims to identify and map the Hana Coffee Shop Business Model. The research was conducted at the Hana Coffee Shop, Batam, Riau Islands. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique used literature study, interviews and in-depth discussions, and observation. The data processing technique uses the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach. The results show that Hana Coffee Shop runs its business quite well by offering food and beverage products by providing high quality and affordable prices as well as optimal service.
