      Kombinasi Perlakuan Ultrafine Bubbles dan Dark Septate Endophytes untuk Perbaikan Viabilitas dan Vigor Benih Krasikarpa (Acacia crassicarpa A. Cunn. Ex Benth.)

      Abstract
      Krasikarpa merupakan salah satu jenis pohon yang menjadi andalan dalam pembangunan hutan tanaman industri di Indonesia. Saat ini, penggunaan H2SO4 mampu memecahkan dormansi fisik sehingga meningkatkan inhibisi ke dalam jaringan benih. Perlakuan tersebut dianggap belum optimal karena menghasilkan perkecambahan benih yang rendah sehingga memerlukan perlakuan lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perlakuan ultrafine bubbles (UFB) dan dark septate endophytes (DSE) terhadap viabilitas dan vigor benih krasikarpa. Rancangan acak lengkap pola faktorial digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh perlakuan aplikasi UFB (8 ppm dan 20 ppm dengan perendaman 12 jam dan 24 jam) dan perlakuan DSE (isolate MM15, Cladosporium sp. (KSP.1), dan Dendrothyrium sp. (CPP 1.1.4)). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan kombinasi antara UFB dan DSE yang optimal pada perlakuan UFB 8 ppm 24 jam dengan kombinasi DSE CPP dengan hasil daya berkecambah 78,5% dengan peningkatan 19,5% dari kontrol. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kombinasi tersebut mampu meningkatkan viabilitas dan Vigor benih krasikarpa. Kata kunci: Dark septate endophyte, Krasikarpa, Perkecambahan, Ultrafine bubbles.
       
      Krasikarpa is one of the tree species that is the mainstay in the development of industrial forest plantations in Indonesia. Currently, the use of H2SO4 is able to break physical dormancy. This treatment is considered not optimal because it produces low seed germination, so other treatments are obtained. This study aimed to analyze the treatment of ultrafine bubble (UFB) and dark septate endophytes (DSE) on the viability and vigor of krasikarpa seeds. A complete randomized factorial pattern was used to examine the effect of application of UFB (8 ppm and 20 ppm, 12 hours and 24 hours) and DSE treatment (MM15 isolate, Cladosporium sp. (KSP.1), and Dendrothyrium sp. ( CPP 1.1.4)). The results showed that the optimal combination of treatment between UFB and DSE was 8 ppm 24 hours UFB treatment with a combination of DSE CPP with 78.5% germination yield with an increase of 19.5% from the control. This study showed that the combination was able to increase the viability and vigor of krasikarpa seeds. Keywords: Dark septate endophyte, Germination, Krasikarpa, Ultrafine bubbles.
