      Kepuasan Konsumen Terhadap Siki Kopi di Kota Bogor

      Abstract
      Siki Kopi merupakan salah satu usaha kedai kopi yang bersaing pada bidang industri kuliner di Kota Bogor. Seiring berjalannya waktu Siki Kopi berangsur-angsur mengalami peningkatan meskipun terdapat beberapa kali mengalami fluktuasi pendapatan semasa Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM). Perlu adanya upaya peningkatan kualitas agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen dan dapat bersaing dengan kedai kopi lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik konsumen, proses keputusan pembelian, dan tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap Siki Kopi di Kota Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Karakteristik konsumen Siki Kopi secara umum merupakan mahasiswa dengan rentang usia 17 sampai 25 tahun. Berdasarkan hasil analisis CSI, tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap atribut Siki Kopi adalah 79,88 persen, sedangkan hasil dari analisis IPA menunjukkan bahwa keaktifan promosi pada media sosial, dan tersedia toilet bersih dan nyaman sebagai atribut prioritas utama dalam perbaikan kinerja atribut untuk meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen.
       
      Siki Kopi is one of the coffee shop businesses that compete in the culinary industry in the city of Bogor. Over time, Siki Kopi has gradually increased, although there have been several fluctuations in income during the Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities (PPKM). There need to be efforts to improve quality to meet consumer needs and be able to compete with other coffee shops. This study aims to determine the characteristics of consumers, the purchasing decision process, and the level of consumer satisfaction with Siki Kopi in Bogor City. This study uses descriptive analysis, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The number of respondents in this study was 100 respondents. The characteristics of Siki Kopi consumers, in general, are students with an age range of 17 to 25 years. Based on the results of the CSI analysis, the level of consumer satisfaction with the Siki Kopi attribute is 79.88 percent, while the results from the IPA analysis show that promotional activities on social media and the availability of clean and comfortable toilets are the main priority attributes in improving attribute performance to increase consumer satisfaction.
