      Sintesis, Karakterisasi, dan Sifat Kelistrikan Grafena Oksida (GO) dan Grafena Oksida Tereduksi (rGO) dari Kluwek (Pangium edule Reinw)

      Abstract
      Grafena oksida (GO) merupakan lembaran monomolekul grafit yang mengandung gugus fungsi oksigen, sedangkan rGO merupakan hasil reduksi dari GO. Kluwek adalah salah satu biomaterial yang dapat digunakan dalam sintesis GO karena mengandung lignoselulosa yang dapat dikonversi menjadi grafit. Penelitian ini bertujuan menyintesis dan mengkarakterisasi nanomaterial GO dan rGO dari tempurung dan isi kluwek, serta membandingkan sifat kelistrikannya. Kadar air (18,79%) dan abu (4,33%) isi kluwek lebih tinggi dibandingkan kadar air (16,76%) dan abu (1,10%) tempurung kluwek. Spektrum UV-Vis menunjukkan pergeseran puncak serapan dari 230 nm (GO) menjadi 265 nm (rGO) untuk tempurung, sedangkan untuk isi kluwek menunjukkan pergeseran dari 228 nm (GO) menjadi 265 nm (rGO). Spektrum FTIR menunjukkan gugus fungsi O-H, C-H, C-C, C=O, C=C, dan C-O pada struktur GO dan intensitasnya berkurang setelah proses reduksi (rGO). Spektrum raman menunjukkan perubahan hibridisasi sp3 (GO) menjadi sp2 (rGO), dan cacat kristal karbon ditemukan lebih banyak pada GO yang berasal dari tempurung dan rGO yang berasal dari isi kluwek. Selain itu, konduktivitas rGO lebih tinggi dibandingkan GO.
       
      Graphene oxide (GO) is a monomolecular graphite sheet containing oxygen functional groups, while rGO is the result of GO reduction. Kluwek is one of the biomaterials that can be used in GO synthesis because it contains lignocellulose which can be converted into graphite. This study aims to synthesize and characterize GO and rGO nanomaterials from Kluwek shells and pulp, and to compare their electrical properties. The water content (18,79%) and ash (4,33%) of kluwek pulp were higher than the water content (16,76%) and ash (1,10%) of kluwek shell. The UV-Vis spectrum showed a shift in the absorption peak from 230 nm (GO) to 265 nm (rGO) for the shell, while Kluwek pulp showed a shift from 228 nm (GO) to 265 nm (rGO). The FTIR spectrum showed the O-H, C-H, C-C, C=O, C=C, and C-O functional groups in the GO structure and their intensity decreases after the reduction process (rGO). Raman spectra showed sp3 (GO) hybridization changes to sp2 (rGO) and carbon crystal defects were found more in GO from shell and rGO from Kluwek pulp. In addition, the conductivity of rGO is higher than that of GO.
