dc.description.abstract | Perkembangan bisnis makanan di Kabupaten Bogor semakin lama
semakin meningkat. Pada saat ini bisnis makanan semakin menjangkau
seluruh lapisan masyarakat, bisnis makanan ini berdiri sebagai jawaban
tuntutan masyarakat akan kepraktisan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan
makanan. Kedai Tampomas 88 merupakan kedai makan yang menawarkan
menu khas café dengan cita rasa variatif dan harga yang terjangkau.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik pelanggan,
kepuasan pelanggan, dan kinerja berdasarkan atribut bauran pemasaran 7P,
yaitu Produk, Harga, Tempat/distribusi, Promosi, Orang, Bukti fisik dan
Proses. Berdasarkan ketiga analisis tersebut, diharapkan hasilnya akan
berimplikasi terhadap tingkat kepuasan pelanggan Kedai Tampomas 88.
Proses pengumpulan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan metode
convenience sampling. Kemudian pada tahap analisis data, metode yang
digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, Expectation Perfomance Analysis
(EPA), dan Diskonformasi Harapan. Hasil dan pembahasan dari penelitian
yang dilakukan adalah karakteristik pelanggan Kedai Tampomas 88
sebagian besar anak muda dengan usia 17-23 tahun, berjenis kelamin lakilaki, berdomisili di Kecamatan Dramaga, belum menikah, memiliki
pendidikan terakhir SMA/sederajat, berprofesi sebagai mahasiswa, serta
memiliki rata-rata pendapatan 500.000 – 1.500.000. Kemudian pelanggan
Kedai Tampomas 88 sudah cukup puas namun dengan beberapa catatan
yaitu, kebersihan kedai, transaksi pembayaran secara mudah, harga yang
diberikan sesuai dengan kualitas layanan dan produk, kehigienisan makanan
dan minuman. | id |
dc.description.abstract | The development of the food business in Bogor Regency is
increasing. At this time the food business is increasingly reaching all levels
of society, this food business stands as an answer to people's demands for
practicality in meeting food needs. Kedai Tampomas 88 is one of the
restaurants that offers a typical café menu with varied flavors and affordable
prices. This study aims to analyze customer characteristics, customer
satisfaction, and performance based on the 7P marketing mix attributes,
namely Product, Price, Place/Distribution, Promotion, People, Physical
Evidence, and Process. Based on the three analyzes, it is expected that the
results will have implications for the level of customer satisfaction at Kedai
Tampomas 88. The process of collecting samples in this study uses the
convenience sampling method. Then at the data analysis stage, the methods
used are descriptive analysis, Expectation Performance Analysis (EPA), and
Disconformation. The results and discussion of the research conducted are
the characteristics of Kedai Tampomas 88 customers are mostly young
people aged 17-23 years, male, domiciled in Dramaga District, unmarried,
have a high school education / equivalent, work as a student, and have an
average income of 500,000 – 1.500.000. Then the customers of Kedai
Tampomas 88 are quite satisfied with several records but with a few notes,
the cleanliness of the shop, easy payment transactions, the prices given are
in accordance with the quality of services and products, food and beverage
