dc.description.abstract | Lobster merupakan komoditas yang memiliki nilai ekonomis tinggi dan
potensial untuk dikembangkan di Indonesia. Perbedaan kondisi lingkungan seperti
perbedaan kedalaman dapat memengaruhi perubahan fungsi kekebalan tubuh pada
lobster karena terjadi distribusi suhu, salinitas dan oksigen terlarut yang berbeda.
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis respons imun lobster pasir Panulirus homarus
pada sistem karamba tenggelam di laut dengan kedalaman berbeda. Lobster pasir
yang digunakan memiliki bobot rata-rata 93,23±0,99 g/ekor. Perlakuan yang
diberikan yaitu perbedaan kedalaman 5 m dan 7 m dengan sistem karamba
tenggelam. Pengukuran parameter respons imun dilakukan pada hari ke 0 dan hari
ke 14. Pemeliharaan lobster dilakukan selama empat belas hari penelitian, Pakan
yang diberikan berupa ikan rucah dan moluska (kerang hijau) sebanyak 10%
biomassa lobster dengan frekuensi dua kali sehari pada pagi 30% dan sore 70%.
Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa pada kedalaman yang berbeda tidak
memengaruhi respons imun lobster, yaitu dari parameter jumlah hemosit,
diferensial hemosit, aktivitas phenoloxidase, aktivitas fagositosis, dan respiratory
burst dan histopatologi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah pemeliharaan lobster
pasir Panullirus homarus di laut dengan sistem karamba tenggelam pada
kedalaman yang berbeda tidak mempengaruhi respons imun lobster yang ditandai
dengan respons imun lobster masih dalam kisaran normal baik pada kedalaman 5
m maupun kedalaman 7 m. | id |
dc.description.abstract | Lobster is a commodity that has high economic value and potential to be
developed in Indonesia. Differences in environmental conditions such as
differences in depth can affect changes in immune function in lobsters due to the
different distribution of temperature, salinity and dissolved oxygen. This study aims
to analyze the immune response of the sand lobster Panulirus homarus to the
submerged cage system in the sea at different depths. The sand lobster used had an
average weight of 93.23 ± 0.99 g/head. The treatment given is the difference in
depth of 5 m and 7 m with the sinking cage system. Measurement of immune
response parameters was carried out on day 0 and day 14. Lobster rearing was
carried out for fourteen days of the study. The feed given was trash fish and
molluscs (green mussels) as much as 10% of lobster biomass with a frequency of
twice a day in the morning 30% and afternoon 70%. The results obtained showed
that at different depths, it did not affect the lobster immune response, namely from
the parameters of haemocyte count, haemocyte differential, phenoloxidase activity,
phagocytic activity, and respiratory burst and histopathology. This study concluded
that the rearing of the sand lobster Panullirus homarus in the sea with a submerged
cage system at different depths did not affect the lobster's immune response, which
was indicated by the lobster's immune response being still in the normal range at
both a depth of 5 m and a depth of 7 m. | id |
