dc.description.abstractPenurunan bobot badan domba setelah pengangkutan menyebabkan peternak perlu melakukan recovery untuk mengembalikan bobot badan ternak kembali ke bobot badan semula. Penelitian ini menggunakan 15 ekor domba lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancanganacak kelompok dengan 3 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Perlakuan yang diberikan dalam penelitian ini dengan bentuk pakan yang berbeda yaitu P0 : perlakuanpemberian hijauan P1: perlakuan pemberina hijauan + konsentrat komersil, P2 : pemberian pakan berbentuk pellet, dan P3 : pemberian pakan bentuk wafer. Parameter yang diamati adalah uji fisik pakan, uji kimia pakan, status fisiologis domba, konsumsi nutrisi, dan performan domba. Data dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA dan uji Duncan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pakan yang berbeda berupa hijauan, hijauan + konsentratkomersial, pellet, dan wafer memiliki pengaruh terhadap performa domba terutama bobot badan. Domba pasca transportasi yang diberikan pakan bentuk pellet dan wafer menghasilkan pertambahan bobot lebih besar dibandingkan pemberian pakan hijauan dan hijauan + konsentrat. Namun, perbedaan bentuk pakan tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap kondisi fisiologis.id
dc.description.abstractThe decrease in body weight of sheep after transportation causes farmers to need to do recovery to return the body weight of the livestock back to its initial body weight. This research conducted used 15 heads of local sheep. This resecarch used a randomized block design with 3 treatments and 5 replication. The treatments were given in this research with different forms of feed were P0:forage feeding treatment, P1: forage treatment + commercial concentrate, P2: pelleted feed, and P3: wafer feed. Parameters observed were physical test of feed, chemical test of feed, physiological status of sheep, nutritional comsumption, and performance of sheep. Data were analyzed using ANOVA and Duncan test. The results showed that the different feeds in the form of forage, forage + commercial concentrates, pellets, and wafers had an effect on sheep performance, especially body weight. Post-transported sheep fed pellets and wafers resulted in greater weight gain compared to forage and forage + concentrate. However, the difference in the form of feed did not significantly affect the physiological conditions.id
